OUR SERVICES

PRICES: All prices are net in US dollars. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

MEALS: All packages include an American breakfast, and the meals which are specified in each program.

OUR PRICES INCLUDE: All services, excursions and entrance fees mentioned in the programs, specialized guides and private land transportation except where indicated that they are not included

OUR PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE: Personal expenses, tips, airport departure tax, National Park taxes, excess baggage charges, or any other additional expenses not specified in the program.

HOTELS: All packages include accommodations in double rooms with private bath and breakfast. Single accommodation is under request.

PAYMENTS: In order to confirm the reservation the clients´ full names and passport numbers are needed. Also a US 500 per person deposit is required for ship accommodations.

 

PAYMENTS

Once the deposit is recceived an invoice will be sent to the client. Payment in full is due 60 days prior to the departure date.

Payments may be made by bank draft, wire transfers or personal check.
In the case of payments made by Bank Transfer, the client should confirm with thier bank to send us the total amount owed Zenith Travel. The bank charges approximately US $ 20 plus the fees that the clients local bank may charg. The additional fees are for the commission of the intermediate bank between the local bank and Zenith Travel´s bank in Miami.

Zenith Travel does not accept credit cards for charges outside of Ecuador. Unfortunately, in Ecuador there does not exist the same system as in USA or Europe. We can not charge an amount on a credit card for which we only have the number. (Signature on File)
Credit cards are accepted here in Quito, but the card must be brought to our main office in order to process it. The client must also be present to sign the voucher and there will be a supplement of 10% over the original prices.

PASSENGER LIST: The passenger list must be received at least 30 days before the arrival of the group.

CANCELLATIONS: We do not charge for cancellations. However, the operators of Galapagos services, autoferros, trains, jungle programs and some hotels do charge, and in these cases, we bill these charges to the client.

RESPONSIBILITIES: ZENITH TRAVEL CIA LTDA. reserves the right to modify or cancel any program within a tour when it is considered necessary for the benefit of the client. We also reserve the right to accept or refuse any person as a participant in a tour.who might compromise the comfort or safety of other participants.

ZENITH TRAVEL Cia. Ltda. acts exclusively as agent with legal limitations which, having exercised all possible precautions, is not responsible for injury, damage, loss, additional costs, delays or any other irregularities which may be caused either by voluntary acts or omissions or by the negligence of companies or individuals who provide transportation, accommodation or any other service related to the program, due to unforeseen circumstances or any other factor outside its control.

 

GALAPAGOS CONDITIONS

Prices are per person, in US dollars and are subject to change without prior notice.

The Package for Galapagos Include:

>   Cruise on board the yacht of your choice
>   Three complete meals per day
>   Excursions to the Islands
>   English speaking naturalist guide
>   Assistance in all airports / Exclusively from Zenith Travel

The Package for Galapagos does not include:

> International Airfare to/from Quito
> Airfare to/from Galapagos. (We are in charge of the Flight booking)
> Galapagos National Park fee US $ 100 (Adults) (To be paid in cash in Glapagos)
> International Airport departure of US $ 25
> Tips
> Alcoholic beverages.
> Special service not described above.

CANCELLATIONS: Up to 60 days prior to departure, total amount paid will be refunded in full, except for USD 150 per person service charge. From 59 to 26 days prior to departure, 50% of the total cruise rate will be forfeited; 25 or less days before the day of departure, the total tour rate is forfeited. If cancellation is due to medical reasons of the passenger, a 50% refund will be made upon receipt of authentic medical documentation.

CHILDREN: No children under 7 years of age, except under special pre-arranged conditions. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Children under 12 (Please request discount).
