About Ecuador
Each region of the country has its own climate. In Quito and in the highlands, the weather can be cool in the mornings, and very pleasant in the afternoons, when it can go over 21°C. The driest months are July through October. During the rest of the year afternoon showers are to be expected. On the coast the average temperature is 28°C, with the hot, rainy season from November to May, and the dry season from June to December. In the Amazon rain forest the climate is humid and warm. It rains all year, especially from June to November. However, at this time the jungle is at its best and the rivers most navigable. Galapagos Islands: In general, December to June are the warmest months. January to March can be hot and humid. July to November are cooler.

Andes Ecuador

PAYMENTS: Payment in advance is required at the equivalent of 50% of the total price when making the reservation. The balance is to be paid 60 days before the passengers arrival, unless other arrangements have been made beforehand. PASSENGER LIST: The passenger list must be received at least 30 days before the arrival of the group.
CANCELLATIONS: We do not charge for cancellations. However, the operators of Galapagos services, autoferros, trains, jungle programs and some hotels do charge, and in these cases, we bill these charges to the client.
RESPONSIBILITIES: ZENITH TRAVEL CIA LTDA. reserves the right to modify or cancel any program within a tour when it is considered necessary for the benefit of the client. We also reserve the right to accept or refuse any person as a participant in a tour, who might compromise the comfort or safety of other participants.
GALAPAGOS CONDITIONS:
RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENT: Once your arrangements are confirmed, we need your full names, passport numbers, date of birth and nationality. Also a payment of the 50% of the total amount, per person deposit is required for your booking. Once we receive the deposit we will send you the invoice. Payment in full is due 60 days prior to the departure date.
PAYMENT MAY BE MADE BY: For individuals: Payment in full is due 60 days prior to the departure date.
CANCELLATIONS: Up to 60 days prior to departure, total amount paid will be refunded in full, except for USD 250 per person service charge. From 59 to 45 days prior to departure, 50% of the total cruise rate will be forfeited; 45 or less days before the day of departure, the total tour rate is forfeited.
CHILDREN: No children under 7 years of age, except under special pre-arranged conditions. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Children under 8 will have 50 % discount. Children 8 to 11 years old will receive a 20% discount as well.
